In Person Group Classes

Pre-register for single class drop-in or class-pack options

Thursday evening 4:30 Open Circle Talk* followed by a one hour prenatal practice 5-6pm

Share your hopes and fears, ask questions, and exchange insights and resources around all things pregnancy, birth and beyond during this Thursday class. 30 mins of circle time followed by a one-hour prenatal flow + restorative yoga practice. You’re welcome to come for yoga only, but encouraged to join the circle and elevate your Oxytocin in this supportive prenatal space

Sunday Prenatal

Come celebrate your pregnancy, tend your nervous system, move your body and share community with others growing a baby at the same time as you. We begin with a calming breath meditation and move through vinyasa flow, wall poses and yin stretches, closing with a sweet Mother-Baby Savasana
